Dogwood Waterfront Cottage (Beach Access)

  • $165/night Sun-Thurs*
  • $185/night Fri/Sat
  • Fir/Sat 2 night minimum, 3 nights on holiday weekends
  • Oct 1 - May 31 $850 week
  • June 1 - Sept 30 $1500 weekly bookings receive preference

Trails End Beach Cottage

  • $200/night
  • 2 night minimum on week-ends, 3 night bookings will take preference on holiday weekends
  • Oct - May 31: $1000
  • June 1 - Sept 30: $1595, weekly bookings receive preference

All rates are or up to 4 persons per cottage. $25 more each person/day after that.
Children under 6 stay free. Pets no extra charge. *Taxes apply, rates subject to change.

Payment Terms
Deposit required confirming the reservation. One night (week-ends) or one third of the total (weekly).
Balance due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is two weeks prior to the date of occupancy and is contingent on being able to re-book the cottage in that time.
